If your tastes in science fiction include swords, dragons, and

in captivity, this collection may disappoint you. I wouldn't call most
of these stories science fiction at all, were it not for those editors
who returned them with polite little notes advising me that they did
not
publish science fiction. Fortunately, other editors saw what I was up
to
